These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of volunteerleads.com and the text messaging program operated by Volunteer Leads ("Volunteer Leads," "we," "us"). By using our site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Volunteer Leads helps home and service businesses respond to and follow up with leads using automation and AI-assisted tools. The specific services, fees, and terms for paying clients are set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Program description: If you opt in, Volunteer Leads may send text messages about your inquiry, appointments, follow-ups, and service updates.
How you opt in: You opt in by giving your mobile number on our website form (or another form) and checking the box agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@volunteerleads.com.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Not required: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Volunteer Leads or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The site and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific business results, including revenue growth, from using our site or services, except as stated in a signed client agreement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Volunteer Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or text messaging program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
